(Ok, if that won't wash, consider the fact that we have an operating budget of 27$ a month, and that wouldn't even cover pizza for everyone! Yes, it's true, X Culture writers should want to change the world, or at least shed some light on it. So don't bother submitting something if it isn't from the goodness of your heart! Hmph.)
