THE BASICS:

1. Thanks for your interest in helping me with my doctoral dissertation!

2. The online survey (Step 1) is COMPLETELY anonymous, and should take fifteen minutes or less.

3. The online interview (Step 2, also 15 minutes) is ALSO anonymous, and available in two online formats (see below).

4. For both steps, more detail is always better than less (but I know how busy things are these days).
